Using the methods of thermo-programmed reduction (TPV) and thermo-programmed hydrogen desorption (TPD H2), physico-chemical studies of Co-MxOy / SiO2 catalysts obtained by various methods of introducing a promoter additive were carried out. The effect of the introduction method and the nature of the promoting oxide additive on the properties of the active component of the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis catalysts was studied.

The physical and chemical properties of cobalt catalysts for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis have been studied. The effect of copper and iron oxides on the specific surface, pore volume and dimensions, and the degree of reduction of metallic cobalt on the surface of the Co-Al2O3 / SiO2 catalyst have been studied.

The dispersion parameters of the active component of cobalt catalysts promoted by nickel for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis by the temperature-programmed hydrogen desorption method (TPD H2) were studied. The influence of the polymorph (γ, θ, α) of the support on the physicochemical properties of the Co-Ni / Al2O3 catalyst was studied.

This article discusses a comparative analysis of the results of calculations of a building erected on an unevenly deformable base. The authors, taking into account the peculiarities of the engineering-geological conditions of the territory of the city of Volgograd, made a verification assessment of the influence of the heterogeneity of the bedding coefficient of the soil foundation on the VAT of the structural elements of the building when calculating the final draft.

The article presents the results of the use of viscous additives based on polyisobutylene to improve the performance of railway greases LZ CNII. It is established that the introduction of this type of additives into the dispersion medium of lubricants allows to increase their colloidal stability and tribological properties without deterioration of the operational parameters essential for the application of these lubricants.

The development of modern shipbuilding industry due to the increasing volume of work and the increased requirements for production technology and installation of marine pipelines. Currently, a number of design and engineering of the industry is developing assembly drawings with coordinates pipeline routes, albums cards with sketches of pipes on which manufacture pipes without trimming work on the ship can be carried out, starting with the lead ship. In addition, for the design of pipelines and delivery of information to run pipes in the processing of widely used computer technology. Developed and implemented advanced types of equipment including pipe bending machines with position controlled to ensure the mechanization of the main and auxiliary pipe manufacturing and processing operations. Calculating costs and full costs, we can clearly see the benefits of the use of the CNC machine. It provides the most efficient operation of shipbuilding and ship-repair enterprise.

The article presents the dynamic calculation of a unique building’s structure with spatial slab-bar scheme in the action of wind loads with the static and dynamic components of the wind load, using the finite element method. Simulation of the wind effect was produced on the basis of modal analysis. There were determined horizontal and vertical relocations of the node points. Using the findings of the calculations the conclusions were drawn and given recommendations about changing the constructive scheme of the unique building.

In the article the results of research in probabilistic production of residual life of load-bearing structures of the coating of the main body R-1 JSC «VOLTAIR-PROM» as a multiple redundant system. The obtained function of the probability of exceeding the design values of snow loads during the operation of the building on the basis of statistical data the distribution of annual maxima. The resulting probability of system failure ""post farm - truss"" given the decline in reserve strength and the likelihood of exceeding the snow load specified level in time. It is shown that the defining characteristics of residual life - probability of failure and the average uptime of the system can be obtained using only the first two statistical moments of the design variables - mathematical expectation and coefficient of variation that does not require extensive statistical data.

The article presents the research results of the actual snow load and its security on the basis of the statistical data distribution of the annual maximum water storage in snow, obtained at the weather station Kolomna. The analysis of the implementation of the annual maxima of snow load according to data from 13 weather station located in different snow areas. Indentified all necessary statistical characteristics of the snow load, and the parameters of the law of Gumbel distribution for each snow district. The results of the research concluded that the known desing values of snow loads given in normative documents can be quite simple to obtain the statistical moments of a random variable its one-year highs and the parameters of the Gumbel law. The obtained characteristics are the initial data when conducting a probabilistic analysis of structures and evaluation of their safety and durability.

A new device is offered for the analysis of motor oil contamination of the internal combustion engine with dispersed particles. Optical and ultrasonic methods for analyzing contamination of motor oils are used to obtain more informative data to estimate the concentration of pollutants in the device.

The device for uninterrupted measurement of shaft wearing out by stuffing tightening is offered. The device for investigating sealing tightenings is worked out. Opticoelectronic systems are used for increasing the accuracy of measuring and for the purpose of uninterrupted monitoring in the construction of both devices.
