  • GIS technology is a modern assistant in the selection of real estate

The authors propose to consider an interesting solution for finding real estate using GIS - technologies. This method can significantly reduce the time it takes to select a property. This article shows how the data processing capabilities of scientific computing tools for Python and the visualization and analysis capabilities of ArcGIS geospatial data can be used to build a model that generates a short list of houses that meet the needs and desires of potential buyers. And although the choice of a house is purely individual, there are a lot of common factors. Such as the total area, the number of floors and rooms, the presence of a garage and much more. Also, when buying a house, you are looking for proximity to services such as food, pharmacies, emergency rooms, child care facilities, parks, etc. You can use the ArcGIS API geocoding module for Python to search for such objects at a given distance around the house. This method suggests combining all the necessary conditions into one system, which will significantly reduce the list of real estate objects on the market and choose the most optimal options.

  • The concept of control method of the tracking camera of a rotary-wing aircraft based on the theory of fuzzy sets

The basis of solving the problem of automatic takeoff and landing of helicopters is the problem of orientation of the aircraft relative to the landing site. Existing approaches are based on a combination of satellite positioning technology and sensors. Such solutions have a significant drawback - low positioning accuracy. In this regard, it is necessary to develop new methods that provide low computational complexity and high positioning accuracy relative to the landing site. The article provides an overview of modern solutions in the field of autonomous control of aircraft. The concept of a method for solving the problem of orientation of a helicopter relative to the landing pad is proposed. The approach is based on the use of a camera following the heliport sign. Determining the landing site is based on the theory of fuzzy sets and complex linguistic variables. Complex linguistic variables have three-dimensional membership functions, thus avoiding the problem of uncertainty. Simplification of the computational process is achieved through the use of projections of sections of three-dimensional membership functions.

  • The model for overcoming the risks of destroying the life world of a young family (based on materials from the Rostov region)

This article analyzes strategies to overcome the risks of a breakdown in the life of a young family. Based on the results of an empirical study conducted in the Rostov region, the authors of the article identify micro- and macro-strategies for overcoming the risks of destroying the life world of a young family within the framework of cognitive, value, and behavioral levels. The authors conclude that an important role in overcoming cognitive-value risks is given to microsocial strategies, where the family occupies key positions. Macro-social strategies are represented by the work of social institutions such as the state, the media, and education. According to the authors, the symbiosis of the selected strategies is the most effective for reducing the risks of the collapse of the life world of a young family.

The mining industry, as well as the socio-economic development of this sector, makes a significant contribution to the development of the economy of some low-and middle-income countries rich in non-fuel minerals, as evidenced by the modified mining contribution Index (IVGP-BP). 10 of the 20 countries in which the mining industry contributes the most (the highest GPI-BP) rose one or two positions higher, according to the world Bank's country classification, between 1999 and 2019. Based on detailed data from the mining sector, such as mining, exports, prices, rents for mineral resources, mineral exploration expenditures, and state budget revenues, the current situation for 2019 is analyzed, as well as trends regarding the contribution to the development of the socio-economic level of the mining industry for 1999-2019.

  • Experience in using electrical exploration methods to assess the environmental safety of wind power plant construction in the Eastern Donba

The article presents the results of complex geophysical studies to assess the environmental safety of the construction of wind power tower installations in order to prevent their design and construction in technogenic and tectonically disturbed zones on the territories of mountain branches of closed mines in the Eastern Donbass. The brief essence of electrical exploration technologies of electroprospecting method by electrical spatial filtering (MPEF) and electro-potential tomographic sensing (EPTS). The information content of the technologies used in conjunction with standard geophysical methods of electrical exploration (vertical electric sounding and seismic survey method of refracted waves) is shown. The results of interpretation of data obtained in the field are discussed. The results of the research were: - identification of EPTS technologies of structural inhomogeneities of the geological section of coal-bearing deposits with their division into lithological (repetition of the form on the electric profiling graphs shifted by the step of the feed line transfer) and tectonic or technogenic ones (difference electric probe curves at adjacent points) - detailing of destructive zones identified by EPTS using MPEF technology: 1) inversions of electro-profiling graphs registered with multidirectional electric field excitation. 2) displacement of inversion points in places where tectonic discontinuities are present in the coal-bearing column.

  • Model of a system for protecting multichannel automated systems from ddos attacks, taking into account the release as channels are processed

The paper provides an analysis of the principles of the multichannel protection system. The analysis showed that in order to solve the problem of ensuring secure communication with an external resource through public networks, it is advisable to use a multi-channel system with different channel capacities, while the main channel and spare channels that are connected to work when the main channel cannot handle all incoming applications with probability of 0.95. This model takes into account that the channels are filled hierarchically, and are freed up as the applications are processed.

This work was carried out as part of research on the development of methods for the intelligent analysis of medical thermometric data. These methods are designed to create a consultative intelligent system for the diagnosis of breast cancer. We propose a new approach to the formation of a feature space based on microwave radiothermometry data that are designed to detect malignant tumors. • Simulation of a number of modifications by the prospect of a vortex-type wind power installation using structures of various topologies directing the air flow

An idea is introduced of the directing structures of the director and reflex types that contribute to the formation of air flows, which in a given way contribute to an increase in mechanical power on the shaft of its rotor. These structures can be used to amplify the moment on the rotor shaft by increasing its useful interference with the stator. Qualitative considerations about the influence of the introduced guide structures are confirmed by the introduction and numerical aerodynamic calculations of two modernized designs of a promising vortex wind power installation, considered in the previous works of the authors. The most optimal variant of rotor modernization was selected, which made it possible to increase the power on its shaft by an average of 45% relative to the corresponding power for the design of a wind turbine with an initial rotor shape in the operating range of wind speeds from 1 to 12 m / s. The materials of this article can be used to design the optimum aerodynamic power criterion for the rotor of wind power plants, their stations, as well as integrated power power plants, including a wind power plant as one of the renewable sources of energy.

  • Analytical problem solution of synthesis of a nonlinear stabilization system based on a mathematical CGA model

Mathematical models with analytical properties are needed to create modern stabilization systems for various objects and technical systems. This is due to the fact that most of the existing methods for the synthesis of automatic systems are based on mathematical transformations of models of control objects. However, for complex objects and systems, these models are obtained experimentally. Moreover, the experimental data are approximated by various well-known methods. If the dependences are essentially nonlinear in nature, they are approximated by sections. Such a fragmented model as a whole is not analytical, which excludes the use of many well-known methods for the synthesis of nonlinear stabilization systems. In these cases, it is advisable to use the new Cut-Glue approximation method developed at DSTU, which allows one to obtain an analytical model of an object from piecewise approximations. This analytical model allows you to apply the analytical method for the design of quasilinear control systems for nonlinear objects. In this paper the propoused approach is illustrated by example of the design of a nonlinear system for stabilizing the flight altitude of an airship.
