  • Construction of an experimental section of asphalt concrete pavement using zeolite

The increase in the length of asphalt concrete roads increases the importance of efficient asphalt concrete plants in road construction. Modern environmental requirements and rising fuel prices determine a decrease in the temperatures of cooking and laying ABS. In foreign and domestic practice of road construction, warm asphalt concrete mixtures are increasingly used, including with the use of zeolite. The prerequisites for the study of warm asphalt concrete using zeolite in the Republic of Tatarstan is the presence of one of the largest deposits of zeolite-containing rocks of the Russian Federation - Tatarsko-Shatrashansky. Pilot production implementation of the research results was carried out during the construction of an experimental section on the highway – the entrance to the locality of Klyuchishchi in the Verkhneuslonsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan with an upper layer of warm asphalt concrete coating using zeolite. The results of the material indicators that meet the regulatory requirements have been obtained.

  • Organizational and technological solutions for identifying the interdependencies between the flow parameters and the cost of work

The article discusses the relationship between the parameters of the construction flow and the cost of work. A key aspect of the process of increasing profits, minimizing costs and improving the characteristics of products is the justification of the timing of the construction of facilities. Estimating the duration and cost of work enables the decision maker to come to more informed business decisions. The estimated construction estimate does not include all the organizational, technological and financial costs of the construction company. The costs of planned downtime of performers and the front of work, improving the quality of construction products, etc. are not taken into account. The primary task is to systematize the correlation of dependencies between the parameters of the construction flow, namely the duration, number of participants and individual stages of construction work, their intensity and degree of workload of performers, and on the other hand, the cost of construction with different approaches to organization construction processes and works. Relationships and dependencies between flow parameters and costs have been established.

  • Application of flexibility theory in organizations during the implementation of large projects

Flexibility is the ability of a system to respond to changes in the external environment. To ensure the progress and implementation of large-scale projects, they as systems must have the ability to promptly respond and adapt to changes in the environment and requirements. Resources are limited in the implementation of large construction projects. If the cost of construction increases to such an extent that the customer or investor cannot cover it, then the implementation of such a project becomes impossible. Similarly, it is necessary to control the timing and efficiency of construction. Thus, under conditions of limited resources, the efficiency of their use and management determines the success of the project and the achievement of the set goals. Communication and regulation of relationships between members of large design organizations, the efficiency of information transfer and the ability to share resources by participants play an important role in flexibility in project implementation. Flexible management of organizational structures effectively solves problems such as changes, conflicts, risks, etc. Based on the theory of flexibility, this article analyzes how, through coordinated work, difficulties and problems in the construction process are effectively solved in large-scale project organizations, how the implementation of set tasks is controlled.

  • Ways to improve the reliability of buildings when making organizational and technological decisions in conditions of uncertainty

The article is devoted to the issue of making organizational and technological decisions when the stock of information for alternatives to choosing the required tasks is either very small, or they are changing drastically. Since it is not easy to make an organizational and technological business decision due to the fact that it is not clear what the result will be, it is proposed to use game theory in conditions of uncertainty. What kind of decision will be made and which of the available strategies the designer will adopt depends on what economic effect will be obtained as a result of the implementation of the organizational and technological solution being developed. Game theory is a special class of mathematical models for decision-making under specific conditions. By choosing solutions in the wake of uncertainty, game theory formalizes possible knowledge about the course of action of the participants in the game in certain conflict situations and allows you to mathematically substantiate knowledge about a rational course of action in certain conditions. When constructing construction projects in environmentally unfavorable conditions, the risk matrix is compared and the best option for the development of a construction project is determined.
