One of the most relevant areas in construction is the improvement of methods of reconstruction of buildings and structures. An innovative solution to this issue is considered to be the reinforcement of construction objects with composite materials, in particular, the reinforcement of structures made of natural anisotropic material - wood.

The article presents the calculation of various variants of corrugated rollers with different characteristics of wall shelf thicknesses and comparison with the standard adopted I-beam used in construction. The main requirement when comparing options is the maximum deflection of the studied beams with a deflection in the reference beam based on the calculation in the Ansys software package, which calculates models using the finite element method.

The article discusses the projects of the upcoming post-industrial society, in particular, the projects of mathematization of the effective formation of public consciousness, it is emphasized that these projects are of particular importance for the current political situation in the world. The article describes the main results obtained by the authors to ensure the formation of public consciousness with the help of media projects, in particular, it talks about mathematical models that allow you to calculate the audience's interest in media projects and the psychological impact of the journalist's personality on the audience, suggests a methodology for preparing media projects on the air, taking into account ensuring the greatest interest of the audience in the project. The article proposes to use models for the effective formation of public consciousness when designing the relationship "robot - human".

The article considers the improvement of the centralized heat supply system (SCT) from Saransk CHP-2 by optimizing the calculated quantitative and qualitative parameters of the hydraulic regime due to circuit solutions (optimization of the thermal circuits of the CTP and etc.), including the distribution of thermal loads; the use of devices (installations) providing the expansion of the temperature schedule of heat supply to the network. This event will allow: to create the technical possibility of technological connection of a promising thermal load; to reduce specific fuel consumption by increasing the share of combined power generation at Saransk TPP-2; will ensure an increase in the utilization rate of the installed thermal capacity of Saransk TPP-2 to 45-50%.

At present, despite the variety of mini-loaders in terms of purpose and type of work performed, the problems associated with the technology of snow removal from roads and adjacent areas remain relevant. Along with the continuous growth of the municipal machinery fleet, qualitative changes are constantly being made to its working equipment, aimed at increasing the productivity and efficiency of the snow removal process through the introduction of new rational and technical solutions.

Increasing the accuracy and quality of the surface layer of the product with minimal time and economic costs is the number one task of any engineering production, for this high-precision cutting is used. Overestimation of cutting conditions leads to an increase in contact loads acting on the cutting insert of the tool, which in turn affects the performance of this cutting tool and leads to a decrease in the efficiency of its use. It has been established that under production conditions, the failure of the cutting tool due to the destruction of cutting plates with different sections is 80-85%. The solution is to reduce bending stresses by reducing the area of coverage, thereby reducing the wave of deflection under load that the cutting wedge experiences. Also in the studies, the results of the dependence of deflections on the angle of coverage of the plate were obtained using analytical calculations and approximated in the form of a graph. The ideal angle for wrapping the plate is close to 2α = 100°, where deflections are practically absent (minimum). The article considers the possibility of confirming the correlation of stress propagation in a round insert during turning. The results of the calculation show that the bending moment at the place of application of the load also increases with an increase in the angle of coverage of the plate, as in the case described by the studies during milling. Thus, the correlation of stress propagation during processing with a round insert during milling and turning is confirmed.

The design of internal combustion engine (ICE) control system for an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), providing reduced fuel consumption and stable operation of ICE at an altitude above 5000 m above sea level, has been created. A system of remote adjustment of the internal combustion engine parameters in real time during the flight of the UAV was developed and manufactured.

The occurrence of convection in a two-layer system consisting of a region of a free fluid and a porous array saturated with the same fluid is investigated. The equations in the Oberbeck-Bussinesq approximation are used to describe the motion of a pure fluid, and the equations based on Darcy's law are used for the porous layer. Using the shifted grid scheme, the plane problem is approximated in natural variables. At the interface, special formulas derived by the integro-interpolation method and taking into account the different types of equations in the two domains are applied. The results of calculating critical numbers corresponding to the occurrence of convection for different heights of the porous layer and Darcy numbers are presented.

To provide protection class Br1, С and S2 (not less than 550 m/s) GOST 34286-2017 "Armor clothing. Classification and general technical requirements "use soft armored packages, consisting of several layers of aramid fabric of various surface densities and types of weaving. The most promising are armored packages consisting of fabric weaving, with a surface density of 0.130 kg/m2 and higher.

Abstract: armor plates made of armored steel or combined armor plates made of hard ceramic material and an aramid or polyethylene substrate are used to provide Br4 and Br5 levels of protection according to GOST 34286-2017 “Armored clothing. Classification and general technical requirements.” The most promising armor plates are those that include a ceramic layer and an aramid substrate. Steel armor plates are currently the most common in the Russian army, however, their heavy weight is a significant drawback. This paper describes the selection of composite structures and the manufacture of their prototypes for ballistic purposes. The paper also presents the results of the ballistic tests.
