The article substantiates the necessity to address the effects of fog and rain when designing mobile robotic platforms and to define the fog numerical indicators and conditions of its occurrence. The common braking system structure and the working principle of brake disk drying through periodic rubbing of brake pads and disks are brought. The electrical diagram of brake control system with microcontroller and the fog and rain sensors and reliability analysis of this device are given. In a proposed control device operation algorithm the conditions of fog occurrence and the sensor parameters are considered. The algorithm is required to create a software system for mobile robotic platform.

The authors considers the sustainable development of the housing stock of a large city from the perspective of four factors: the energy efficiency of buildings under construction and reconstruction; capital repairs of apartment buildings, taking into account their energy requirements; the choice between the building and reconstruction on the criterion of resource costs; management of housing resources on the basis of the requirements of a comfortable stay of owners and improving the quality of exerting-proxy services in the housing sector. According to the authors, for the sustainable development of housing is necessary to apply energy saving modern building materials, products and structures and assess the life cycle of buildings in the choice of organizational and technical decisions on the demolition or renovation of buildings.

The study found that farms of various types have a need to automate the process of harvesting the crop, which determined further directions of analysis. Low heat transfer coefficient per unit area is main disadvantage of immersion cooling system. In the theoretical part of the study the main issue was to evaluate the influence of various factors on the convective heat transfer between the solid-liquid interface. The result of this part of study was conclusion that the type of fluid flow in the area of heat transfer is key factor of increase heat convective heat transfer of thermal contact. The Reynolds number is main characteristic of turbulence of fluid flow. Therefore in the experimental part describes study of the effect of the degree of turbulence of the fluid flow at the place of the thermal contact on thermal resistance of immersion cooling system. The design of experimental setup and its main parts is describe further. The result of the experiment is graphic of experimental curve of the thermal resistance of immersion cooling system from the Reynolds number of fluid flow of thermal contact between the solid-liquid interface. The study showed the possibility of local reduction of the thermal resistance of immersion cooling systems to maintain the quality of the thermal management of computing elements that emit significant heat. The results of the study is define the ranges of values of the Reynolds number of cooling system that allows the technical realization at the current dimensions of packages and sizes of microchips sockets.

The analysis of the gap pile Foundation of the bridge during construction the compressor station "Baydaratskaya" on the Yamal Peninsula, applying the technology of construction in the far North region, identified the cause of the destruction of pile Foundation (pile-rack). The analysis of deformation has been proven the urgency of the problem of deformation and destruction of the bridge piers on the border "water-air" in different traffic and climatic zones of Russia, including in the far North. Convective drying is the most common method of dryingthat may be intensified by the treatment of root crops and vegetables in an electrostatic field. According to the results of the experiments was to determine the optimum treatment time 3-3.5 hours at 55 C, with tension in the range of 20-40 kW / m. Under the influence of the electrostatic processing of hygroscopic moisture removal rate is accelerated. Organoleptic performance compared with conventional convection drying are not changed.

The problem of optimal allocation of resources - one of the basic optimization problems to be solved in the design of complex systems, determining their structure and methods of operation, so this work is considered one of difference methods for solving inverse problems of non-uniform distribution of resources. The inverse problem of non-uniform distribution of resources formulated as follows. It is necessary to choose the amount of funds the option to specify distribution of units served by the product and to offer such means of their actions to a given level of performance means performing the task was achieved with the minimum of expense. The most common methods for solving inverse problems, various modifications of the method of random search, dynamic programming method. However, the use of these methods in some cases, particularly for large-scale problems, is not effective. Optimal elements, which turned into a row or column assigned to an optimal element from further consideration at this stage of the distribution, the process eliminated to provide an optimal plan of resource allocation in construction.

The article presents the investigation of ultrasonic treatment influence on the size of the stearylamine floccules in the aminobutyric emulsion and on the stability of received emulsions. It was found that the amine floccules in the original aminobutyric emulsion have a bimodal size distribution with small particles predominantly 900 nm and large particles with size of 5500 nm or more. It was identified that ultrasonic treatment leads to decrease the stearylamine floccules size in 13-25 times, dimensions of obtained floccules are between 35 and 220 nm. The dynamics of size changes of stearylamine floccules was studied. The stearylamine floccules were obtained in aminobutyric emulsions after the ultrasonic treatment with an intensity of 15-30 W/cm2. It was found that after ultrasonic dispersion the process of amine floccules agglomeration takes place, the duration of this effect depends on the intensity of treatment.
