The model of a numerical estimation of information contents of the Internet sites, based on the thematic analysis of texts is considered. The estimation is made with use of the private qualitative criteria corresponding accepted to "values of a society». On the basis of the expert analysis and sociological interrogations sets of criteria for an estimation of a thematic accessory of Internet sites are formulated. Numerical value of conformity turns out with use of statistical methods of the thematic analysis. For the analysis sets of the linguistic keys corresponding to formulated criteria are used. The received result is used for reception of the generalised rating of the site establishing its social importance.

The offered model is based on monitoring of initial and flowing conditions of the information streams subjected recomposition on the basis of operating markers by the serving router. In article the information system of the MANAGEMENT information system is represented as the three-level model constructed by a principle of cascade maintenance. Problems of delays of the supply with information, formations arising at the expense of delays and data transmission are considered. The mathematical model of system intended for optimization of maintenance on parameter of delays, on the basis of priorities of processes of formation and an information transfer is developed.

In article questions of modeling of priority management by formation of information streams in information systems with the centralized source of data with use of the mechanism of sockets are considered. This question is staticized in connection with necessity of optimum control of information processes in the automated control systems. Management is based on change of priorities of forming processes, depending on ranks of clients. On the basis of an experimental material the analytical dependences establishing the relations of parameters and criteria of management are received.
