The article deals with the issues of dispersion of heterogeneous liquids by spray nozzles in order to divide them into components. The influence of various parameters on the size of the droplets obtained is investigated. For the mathematical description the probabilistic approach is applied, which allows to obtain a differential function of the particle size distribution, which can form the basis of the engineering method of calculation of this class of separators. An expression for determining the average value of the angular velocity of the internal flow is compiled. These dependences allow us to calculate the most probable value of the angular velocity corresponding to the decay of complex drops into secondary ones, which are the drops of the initial liquids.

The article focuses on the developement of a stemmer for Pymystem morphological analyser. Theoretical justification for morphological analysis selection as a high-priority task of linguistic text analysis is given. The state-of-art analysers are described, their strengths and shortcomings are highlighted. The authors propose a core algorithm for nested structures splitting into structured class hierarchy. A method for selected parts of speech key features retrieval using regular expression and Python is defined. The main steps of the hierarchy creation algorithm are examined and documented. The researchers analyse core results of the study and describe their findings alongside with propositions for further developement of the presented software.

The results of laboratory studies to determine the suitability of clay raw materials of the Klyuchevsky Sandstone field for the production of ceramic bricks by plastic molding are presented. It is established that the introduction of the composition of the batch of associated lithoidal rocks as emaciated additives, coal and kaolinite-hydrologist Vladimirovskaya raw material fields, as well as adding the modifying additives that increase frost resistance, it is possible to obtain ceramic samples that meet the requirements of GOST.

The article deals with the transition from corrugated plates and shells to smooth structures of equivalent rigidity. An expression for the potential deformation energy of an infinitely small element of an equivalent smooth shell and formulas that establish a connection between internal forces and generalized deformations of a corrugated structure are given. A review of the formulas for the equivalent stiffness of the corrugated shell during bending, presented in the works of various authors, is carried out. In order to select the dependencies that provide the smallest error when replacing the corrugated shell with a smooth one, a numerical experiment is performed in the LIRA finite element complex. A corrugated plate hinged around the contour under the action of a uniformly distributed projective load is considered. The calculation of the structurally orthotropic construction is performed numerically by the finite difference method. It is also established that the monograph of S.G. Lekhnitsky contains an incorrect formula for the moment of inertia of a sinusoidal corrugation.

The article deals with the current stage of modernization of the industrial sector of the economy and development strategies aimed at improving productivity in enterprises in the region. The purpose of the study: identification and analytical review of the main problems of increasing productivity in industrial enterprises of the Rostov region; definition and systematization of strategic directions of problem solving, taking into account the accumulated positive experience of the regional business community. The main methods of research are analysis and synthesis, analysis of statistical data, observation and synthesis.Specific examples of the successful use of the proposed management tools within the industrial enterprises of the largest region of Russia - the Rostov region are given. This region produces about 28% of the industrial output of the entire southern Federal district, while the growth rate of the main indicators of its socio-economic development is higher than the national average. It is concluded that in the region under consideration there are all the prerequisites for the implementation of the regional program "increasing productivity and employment support in the Rostov region" for 2018-2025 on the basis of the introduction of advanced information, innovative management technologies in production.

The article deals with the issues related to the study of aerodynamic and energy characteristics of the two layout solutions of mechanical ventilation and air conditioning systems - with the placement of the fan before and after the heater. Based on the use of graphoanalytic method of studying the parameters of the fan in the ventilation network, the dependences determining the aerodynamic and energy characteristics of the systems in three characteristic modes of their operation - at ambient temperatures equal to the design, the average temperature of the heating period and +8 ° C are obtained. The obtained dependences indicate that the installation of the air heater after the fan allows to increase the level of energy efficiency of the system in comparison with the placement of the air heater in front of the fan in the cold period of the year under the thermally unsteady operation of the supply ventilation system.

The parameters of the thermal effect on the physical and mechanical characteristics of self-compacting concrete with the addition of fly ash Novocherkassk GRES. It was found that a higher level of quality SСС with the addition of fly ash is achieved at low temperature heat treatment. The duration of the thermal effect, which depends on the required Stripping strength of the concrete, should be assigned based on the specific production conditions. The effectiveness of fly ash in self-compacting concrete mixtures is manifested in reducing the water demand of the mixture and increasing the strength of concrete after heat treatment under the condition of rational dosage of hyperplasticizer and mineral additives. The optimum mode of heat treatment of SСС should be set by the coefficient of efficiency of heat treatment.

The subject of the research is the possibility of using information modeling in the organizational and technological design of the construction of various objects. The purpose of the study is to identify the main parameters of the information model used for construction design. In the course of the work, an analysis of current work on this topic was made and the need to improve the quality of organizational and technological design in construction was identified. The article discusses the main tasks of organizational and technological design and examples of the possible simplification of their solution by using the information model of the object. Affected use in project development: 3D, 4D, 5D, and 6D simulations. Improving computer technology in this area makes it possible to minimize construction time and make the process of building buildings and structures cost-effective.

Noise pollution is an ecological problem of big cities. Noise can reduce the working capacity of city residents and cause various diseases, so combating it is the most important event for ecologists, doctors, builders and other stakeholders. Studying the ability of plants to absorb noise will allow you to plan the future of the city’s territory. Examining the ability of green roofs to absorb noise will solve the noise problem in places where creating additional landscaping is possible. As a result of studies revealed green cement capable of reducing the noise level in the premises to 1.5 dB greater than the conventional roof. Based on the work carried out, a systematic approach has been proposed to solve the problem of noise pollution in the urban environment in the North by creating various types of green roofs on roofs with a slope level of less than 30 °.

The article is devoted to the issue of improving the environmental safety of the construction industry by improving the systems of decreasing dust emissions by aspiration systems using a comprehensive dispersive analysis. There was proposed to develop a promising approach using the criteria of hydrodynamic similarity in the output functions of the complex analysis of variance to increase the efficiency of aspiration decreasing dust systems in this article. The article focuses on the environmental problems of building construction industry. The volume and different kinds of mixtures of bulk building materials and cements to produce various types of concrete construction units and materials are in stable demand every year. It means that average amount of dust particles substances in emissions at the manufacturing production of building materials every year too. The results of studies show that a significant content of fine particles, for example, 10 microns or less is concern in dust emissions systems of aspiration at the building construction enterprises. One of ways to increase the environmental safety is reduction of dust emissions to design dust capturing devices that have low values of slippage out from aspirations’ decreasing dust systems. It was achieved by special complex integrated analysis’ method of variance dust that applies hydrodynamic sedimentation of particles. It is the way to obtain distribution of dimensionless numerical complexes — the hydrodynamic similarity criteria for the dust studied samples. There presented results of experiment that gave more reliable approach to get evaluations of the complex analysis of particles sedimentation velocity’s distributions.

The paper discusses certain thermal insulation materials, which, according to national and foreign researchers, are capable of ensuring the utmost energy efficiency of vertical enclosures of buildings and works. Based on the comparative analysis of some of the main thermal insulation properties and performance characteristics, the most energy efficient materials were identified among the materials offered for consideration. The key benefits and drawbacks of these materials are further provided in tabular form. The point is made that the optimal selection of energy efficient materials shall be arranged as a comprehensive computer-aided process, because the market of modern thermal insulation materials is huge. The selection process shall include the ranking of materials based on specific criteria.
