The article considers the use of renewable energy sources in construction in general and in high-rise unique buildings. Such an approach will allow to design and build buildings in which integrated renewable energy sources can be harmoniously entered into all aspects of construction. This is especially true for high-rise buildings. With the implementation of energy-efficient technologies, the main drawback - high energy consumption - will be cut off. The article analyzes non-traditional sources of energy, such as wind, solar, land, water and biomass. The relevance of their application in construction and influence on all aspects of the project is proved: town-planning, functional, space-planning, architectural and artistic, constructive and engineering.

In clause the opportunity of use balloon cable system descent to transport operations in remote mountain conditions is described. Dependence of system on wind influences is reflected. Proceeding from this, the design procedure of dynamic pressure which arise in the top suspension bracket of system is resulted, in view of mobility of a balloon under action of a wind. The technique allows to estimate the pressure arising in the top and bottom points of a suspension bracket at change of force of a wind, lengths of a suspension bracket, a corner and speed deviation of a balloon.

With the growing fleet's increasingly acute problem arises safety and reliability their exploitation as a result of this increase in productivity and accuracy of their technical diagnostics. Urgent task to further improve diagnosis for vehicles is to develop new methods and algorithms highlight the dominant component of the information in relation to a wide class of vehicles. The methods joint time-frequency and wavelet analysis. To isolate the dominant component of the information proposed to use the method of wavelet decomposition. Using vibro acoustic registration nodes vehicles funds allowed to receive signals carrying information about the defects of individual units of vehicles. The proposed decoding algorithms signals have high reliability, allow technical inspection, subsequent monitoring of the technical state of the vehicle.
