The article “Modeling adaptation strategies of social intellect of the Russian students” applies adapting and decoding models of defining, forming and measuring social intellect in peer groups of testees: pupils, students and teachers. Considering essential views on the nature of social intellect makes it possible to formulate the system of its characteristics of essence which is revealed as generic characteristics of social intellect. Theoretical analysis of constructive and technological restrictions in the avalanche photodiode structure for photon-counting mode is made in this work. It is shown that critical parameters are load resistance and a time constant of a photodiode internal capacity recharge. For decreasing this time constant one needs size restriction of separate section of the photodiode and association of several such sections on a crystal together with registration schemes.

The paper presents a methodical approach to the formation of regional integration risks of investing in the strategies of territorial development. In the present paper we propose a modified approximation of a silicon bipolar transistor, which takes into account the frequency relationship of electromagnetic signals propagation in the substrate. These modifications were implemented because the experimental investigations and crosstalk simulations in the metallization layers of a silicon substrate have showed that the commonly used approximations based on lumped elements are not able to describe properly the mutual influence of signals at gigahertz frequencies. It was shown that the proposed method is suitable for high-frequency analog circuits design and it is based on sparse distribution of circuit elements and additional shielding of high-frequency chains. The reproducibility and stability of the circuit’s parameters is achieved by secondary devices which are added for correction and stabilization.

We have conducted a thorough investigation and comparison of electronic information protection methods, including graphical methods. Having evaluated and compared the existing authentication methods, we have developed a graphical authentication program with a better cracker-proof password.

The construction of a two-dimensional tiling by a specific projection of three-dimensional cubic lattice is considered. Different a periodic tiling’s, consisting of equal rhombi, are obtained by different choice of the projection region. They are ordinary a periodic tiling, having local elements of symmetry group С6v and chiral trigonal stacking, built like chiral pentagonal Penrose’s quasilattice [1], which occurs in virus cap sides.
