  • China's high-rise building construction technologies and high-rise building designs

This article provides a comprehensive overview of the primary technologies used in the construction of high-rise buildings in China. It delves into the most commonly employed construction techniques and the types of structures that are prevalent in this sector. The study is based on a thorough analysis of existing literature and showcases real-world examples to illustrate the application of these technologies. These techniques encompass various construction methods and material choices, which are critical in the successful erection of skyscrapers. The aim of this paper is to offer reference information for professionals, aiding them in selecting suitable technologies and structural types for high-rise building projects. This work is especially useful for those in the construction industry, as it highlights the significant role that building technologies play in high-rise construction. It serves as a practical guide, providing insights into the most widely used construction technologies in the field. This article is intended to be a valuable resource for specialists looking to employ advanced methods in their construction practices, thereby enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of high-rise buildings.

  • Corrosion processes of metal waterstops

The study is aimed at studying the corrosion processes of a metal waterstop inside technological seams in order to ensure its tightness and maintain performance qualities, since if corrosion occurs, the waterstop may lose its functional properties, which can lead to groundwater leaks. At the moment, there is no single source containing a complete set of information on corrosion processes in relation to metal waterstops, which leads to design errors, since it is extremely difficult to make the correct choice of metal waterstops, because it is impossible to analyze data and determine the parameters that determine the corrosion rate of metal waterstops in the technological concreting seam, it is necessary to take into account a large number of parameters related to the study of groundwater.

  • Structural and technological solutions for prefabricated-monolithic systems in East Asia

The article presents the development trends of prefabricated-monolithic frame systems (PMFS) in the countries of East Asia, mainly China and Japan. The presented PMFS have different features in comparison with technologies used in European countries and the USA, which are dictated by several factors: geographical features, high population density and uneven distribution in the territory, the continuing need accelerate of construction rates. Based on the analysis results of open information sources there were singled out 4 bearing framework formation systems , actively used by the large construction companies. The presented systems combine structural and technological solutions of modular, hybrid and prefabricated-monolithic construction. The use of bearing structures joints which makes it possible to erect buildings with a high class seismic resistance at a significant number of storeys is considered in detail. In the conclusion, the main features of the Asian PMFS, which have no analogues among the other systems, have been summarized. The results obtained can be used as basis for further larger and more effective development of the civil prefabricated-monolithic buildings.

  • Analysis of organizational and technological factors that ensure the quality of cast-in-situ housing construction (on the example of the Ural construction complex)

On the example of the construction complex of the cities of the Urals, the main types of construction defects of cast-in-situ structures of civil buildings, as well as the most characteristic causes of their occurrence, are revealed. It is established that the causes of the majority of construction defects in cast-in-situ structures of civil buildings have an organizational and technological nature. As a result of the expert assessment carried out by the method of a priori ranking of factors affecting organizational and technological solutions, a group of factors was determined, the management of which will allow the contractor to improve the quality of construction work on the construction of a cast-in-situ skeleton of a civil building. It is recommended to plan quality management measures for the construction of cast-in-situ structures of civil buildings taking into account these factors. These factors should also be taken into account in organizational and technological design, especially when developing processing slates.

  • Analysis of the use of construction equipment in the construction of a cast-in-situ skeleton of a civil building (on the example of Yekaterinburg)

Practice shows that today the main trend in the development of the modern construction industry is associated with the expansion of the use of cast-in-situ reinforced concrete. In many cases, cast-in-situ reinforced concrete has better construction and technological properties (compared to precast concrete, metal) and allows you to freely implement a variety of architectural solutions with economic benefits. In turn, modern advances in the technology of concrete work would not be possible without the appropriate technical base. This article analyzes the use of construction machines in the construction of a cast-in-situ reinforced concrete skeleton of civil buildings on the example of objects realized in Yekaterinburg. A study was conducted, according to the results of which the manufacturers of construction equipment were identified, as well as the technologies prevailing in monolithic housing construction in the city. According to the terms and cost of construction, which are the defining elements of the construction sector, one indicator was allocated for a technical and economic comparison, the results of which determined the need to develop a comprehensive feasibility study of the use of construction machines in the construction of cast-in-situ load-bearing reinforced concrete structures, as well as the development of methods for selecting machines, which in the future will reduce the construction time of the cast-in-situ skeleton of the building, increase the payback of monolithic civil housing construction and the efficiency of construction from cast-in-situ reinforced concrete.

  • Comparative analysis of methods for assessing the technical condition of residential buildings to recognize them as emergency and subject to demolition

One of the main directions of Russia's housing policy is the elimination of dilapidated housing stock. Commissions are established to assess the technical condition of buildings to reduce the number of dilapidated buildings in municipalities. At the same time, the number of surveyed buildings is growing every year. There are no special measuring devices in municipalities. It means that method used to assessment of physicaldeterioration should be simple, fast and giving reliable results. There is comparative analysis of the three methods for assessing the technical condition of buildings in this article on the example of the apartment building in Yekaterinburg. The results of the evaluation are compared, the advantages and disadvantages of each method are determined according to the criteria of practical using by specialists of municipalities. Based on this results the need to develop a combined method for determining the technical condition of buildings, taking into account the conditions of the survey, is determined. The introduction of such a method will speed up the process of creating a safe and comfortable living environment for citizens, which will contribute to the socio-economic development of the region and the country.
