The North-Eastern zone of the Rostov region is typical of peripheral regions. It unites in 14 municipal districts, covering an area of 30 000 km2 (about 1/3 of area of Rostov region), where live 400 000 people. (1/10 of population of Rostov region). Occupying important place in the territorial-production system of the Rostov region, the North-Eastern zone at the same time significantly behind in its industrial development and has the specific features of agriculture as the leading type of activity. Based on an analysis of existing natural and socio-economic factors and resources can identify the following prospective specializations of the territory, designed to increase economic activity here: 1. Agriculture - save specializations in the production of cereals (wheat, barley) and industrial crops (sunflower), expansion of production of vegetables and grapes. 2. Processing of agricultural produce to the local food industry - flour and cereals, bread making, confectionery, oil press, wine. 3. Development considered specializations will diversify the economic landscape of the region, to overcome the tendency of direct export outside the districts the untreated materials, saturate the market of its own manufacturers products, activates the job market, minimizes the negative symptoms of the peripheral territories.

In the article proposed indicator of the effectiveness of the implementation of an automated search of the optimal route of transportation of the wood. An example of evaluation of the dispatching process of extraction of timber from the cutting area, with example calculations for two cases. Conclusions are drawn about the possibility of its use for evaluating the effectiveness of information systems.

The present research was realized in the field of expanded clay production technology with support ingredient as a waste of biological sewage treatment and charcoal production. The iInfluence of the introduced ingredient on the blowing of clay raw materials was analysed. The comparative physical and mechanical characteristics of samples, the main chemical reactions which took place during the firing of clay with addition of waste in raw materials were provided in article.

One of the main priority objectives of economic policy of the government of any country in the long term is stimulation of economic growth. Has labor productivity direct impact on rates of economic growth both in the country in general, and in separate branches of economy. Employment can be referred to one of important factors of growth of labor productivity undoubtedly. In article the problem of employment of the population as one of factors of growth of labor productivity and its influence on the economic growth of the territory is considered. The correlation and regression analysis between indicators of unemployment rate and gross domestic product (GDP) is carried out. As a result of the analysis of coefficient of linear pair correlation we come to a conclusion that, according to Cheddok's scale, qualitatively communication force between factors can be characterized as "moderate", that is in 28,64% change of unemployment leads to change of GDP. If to analyze coefficient of linear pair correlation, we can come to a conclusion that communication between factors the return, that is at decrease in unemployment is observed GDP growth and vice versa. Thus, labor productivity, one of which factors is employment of the population, is the most important indicator of development of economy of the territory.

The purpose of the research was to develop and implement self-study support materials to facilitate the French for Specific Purposes (FSP) curriculum implementation in mixed-speciality groups of engineering students. The context in which the course emerges and characteristics of mixed-speciality groups of engineering students are given in the paper.The authors hypothesized that such self-study support materials should be developed on the basis of active, student-centered learning and promote 21st century skills. Project-based learning was suggested as the main teaching method. Examples of students’ projects are given and the project stages are described. A blank report form was developed as a mean of project support.

Based on the identification of structural and functional characteristics of the performance and productivity of work, taking into account the balanced development of the region reproduction proportions, constructed cognitive map interaction of regional reproduction proportions with the external environment. In the research was carried out expert assessment of the direction of influence factors in the cognitive model predicting the dynamics of reproduction proportions of the region, on the basis of what has been built cognitive simulation model for predicting the dynamics of reproduction proportions region. This model can be used in determining the degree of influence estimation performance and efficiency of work on the system regional reproduction.

The technique of determination of local atomic structure in the vicinity of absorbing atom in the case of the presence of strong correlation between fitting parameters is proposed. This technique is applied to three test signals simulating the Pt L3-edge EXAFS spectra of Pt/Ag bimetallic nanoparticles. The test results demonstrates the improvements in precision of determined parameters comparing with common technique.

Authers propose the approach to development of mathematical model of the independent autinomous underwater vehicle. Model takes into account hydrodynamic properties which were obtained by an electronic purge of the vehicle case. This type of the vehicle has a torpedo-shaped form and icludes one propeller with the operated vector of draft and two (horizontal and vertical) bow-thrusters located in nasal part.

Composites La0,67Sr0,33MnO3 (SiO2, Sb2O3) with different weight ratios have been synthesized. Their magnetoresistive and dielectric properties have been investigated. It has been established that in the frequency range from 10 to 106 Hz for SiO2 concentration of 10% the colossal magnitudes of the dielectric constant ( ~ 4 • 104) take place. The values of the negative isotropic magnetoresistance for samples with silica at room temperature is 8.6%, with abarriers of antimony oxide reaches 12%, which makes it possible to use such materials in spintronics.

In our days the following processes are considerably noticeable: rising communicative - dialogue processes among different gender cultures, intensification of the processes of "publicity" - placing private life for public observation by means of Internet and so on, distinct manifestation in cross-national migration asymmetry and aspirations of Western actors to domination and manipulation, aspiration for “zapadnotsentrizm” among some young Russians, noticeable dialogue determination by characteristics of the national gender-based mezo - and micro-social orders and others, equally important. In this context, the key value factors of micro-social order we consider: 1) activity/initiative; 2) family-centered; 3) economic status; 4) health; 5) morality; (6) aesthetics/appeal; 7) intellectual level. These factors can also be called the main aspects of the personality of the subjects of the marriage market (men and women), which are quite significant in the dialogue and consciously used by actors when looking for a partner for future family life. Modern Western culture (American and European), in general, presupposes spread of gender equality, and in Russia there is such attitude among women, including many marriage migrants. But, as the results of our research show, the Western men (as subjects of the marriage market and certain socio-psychological group, selected mainly on the parameters characteristic of the Patriarchal gender order) do not support the current U.S. and Europe gender order in love/romantic relationships.

The article analyzes the results of the internal audit effectiveness of employment of graduates of the Faculty of Sociology and Political Science, Southern Federal University (2010-2013). Recorded the following signs of segmentation of university graduates in the labor market: educational, demographic, behavioral, socio-economic, industry. The overall level of employment of graduates in 4 years is 77.6%. During 4 years of monitoring the overall level of work in the specialty graduates is 35%. On the basis of the theory of segmentation 46.5% of the graduates of the Faculty of Sociology and Political Science Southern Federal University belong to the primary sector of the labor market, 53.5% - to the secondary sector. The main forms of employment of graduates of the Faculty of Sociology and Political Science SFU: wage employment, with the regime of full-time, permanent, formal, standard, basic.

The research of triboelectrization of metal-polymeric contact has been conducted. It was based on the concept of surface states (SS), which represent energy levels on the surface and are the localization centers of the free charge carriers. Thus surface states on a metal are a boundary layer of a chemical compound formed by a metal with the atoms that are included into a composition of atmospheric gases or a polymer. Surface states on a polymer are connected with the fragments of polymeric molecules, appearing in the result of tribodestruction, by the radicals containing unpaired electrons. The investigation shows that a level of electrization of a composite polymer reduces if heteropolar polymers are brought together.

Shows the relevance of events by neutralizing extremism. The most dangerous is the situation in which there is a loss of external evidence of such threats, that does not make them less dangerous for regional and national security. The solution of the navigation problem on the basis of integration of inertial-satellite navigation systems, complexed with odometer, in the general case - without simplifying assumptions about the object model of its trajectory, etc. The effectiveness of the solution with the loss of satellite signals is illustrated by numerical experiment.

Solution of the problem of navigation on the basis of integration of inertial-satellite navigation systems, complexed with odometer, and the approximation of the trajectory of motion of the object by means of electronic charts (EC) set of great circle paths. Given the discrete nature of satellite measurements of the parameters of motion estimation is carried out by successive application of two non-linear Gaussian filters: continuous - the interval between satellite measurements (including at their failure) and discrete-continuous - when they occur. Thus obtained estimates of the parameters of motion implemented in the great circle path, having a minimum dimension, provide fundamentally accurate snap estimated coordinates to the true path of movement defined by the EC.
