Depressed calcaneus fractures tend to reveal comminuted nature, and are accompanied by apparent oedema of soft tissues in the ankle joint and foot zones. Rigidity of calcaneus fracture fixation and ability of an early performance of graduated weight bearing by a certain extremity depend on the precision grade of clamp location in the main splinter body. Presently, this problem is solved by means of an electric-optical image converter application. A method, and an appliance for its practical implementation are being offered, which will provide for an increased precision of a crew/wire installation into the calcaneus, with a simultaneous reduction of radiation exposure on both surgeon and patient. 35 patients with depressed calcaneus fracture were operated according to this method; a therapy result for the period from 6 months to 2.5 years has been made for 8 thereof. The algorithm of therapy did not foresee the external immobilization, the graduated weight bearing commenced after 1.5 months, and the complete weight bearing started after 2.5 months. Redislocation of splinters has not been noticed in any of the cases considered. The appliance offered ensures a high quality of surgical therapy.

In this paper we study the dynamics of the local atomic structure of new nanostructured condensed material for for rechargeable current sources on the basis of 15mas.%V2O5/Fe/LiF nanocomposite within charge-discharge cycle on the basis of X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XANES) and of computer simulation. The analysis of the experimental data obtained during the first charge cycle reveals the transformation of iron to more than 50% of iron fluoride (II) , Li ions intercalate into the structure of amorphous V2O5 forming LiVO2 compound.

The paper is devoted to developing an approach to solving the problem of structure identification of layered minerals of the kaolinite group by the Rietveld method. The calculations of the intensity of the diffracted X-ray radiation are performed for the koalinit samples obtained from different fields. Qualitative agreement between calculated and experimental results has managed the solution of the identification problem for the kaolinite unit cell Glukhovtsy deposit. The obtained results indicate the possibility of identifying the features of the crystal structure of layered minerals by direct calculation of diffraction patterns.

In article the information system of the MANAGEMENT information system is represented as the three-level model constructed by a principle of cascade maintenance. Problems of delays of the supply with information, formations arising at the expense of delays and data transmission are considered. The mathematical model of system intended for optimization of maintenance on parameter of delays, on the basis of priorities of processes of formation and an information transfer is developed.

This article describes an approach to create a model based on neural network for use in photoplethysmography. Using this model the development of a method for measuring blood pressure in the distal vessels. Such an approach allows for comfortable removal of diagnostic parameters for the need for long-term testing. These methods can be used to analyze the state of the human operator, and in particular, the driver at pre-shift control for skrinningovyh surveys.

In article questions of modeling of priority management by formation of information streams in information systems with the centralized source of data with use of the mechanism of sockets are considered. This question is staticized in connection with necessity of optimum control of information processes in the automated control systems. Management is based on change of priorities of forming processes, depending on ranks of clients. On the basis of an experimental material the analytical dependences establishing the relations of parameters and criteria of management are received.

Construction lending risks define a special operations procedure for lender. The most important measure to construction lending risk minimization are the covenants (information and financial). The information covenants are used for minimization the hidden information (pre-contractual opportunism), and financial covenants (positive and negative) – for minimization the hidden action (post-contractual opportunism). Institutionalization of covenants as a relevant control and supervision procedure allow to reduce information asymmetry and make the construction lending process less risky and more predictable for concerned parties (agent and principal).

We have carried out the analysis on the scientific and technological literature on methods of calculation and analysis of the x-ray diffraction, x-ray absorption and Raman spectra used to analyse the structure of the materials for hydrogen storage under realistic operating conditions. The simulations were carried out for the series of small palladium nanoclusters with embedded hydrogen. Multiscale computer modelling was used to simulate the dynamics of structure of the materials during charge/discharge phases.
