Today is actual the transformation of preschool buildings of functionalism and the creation of a uniform pre-school modernization concept, built on standard projects of the Soviet period. Summarizing the research focused on the studies of national and foreign scientists, this paper provides a brief analysis of the current situation in the area of greenfield construction and reconstruction of buildings as energy-efficient alternatives. It was found that buildings made in other climatic zones in line with the German standards do not meet the applicable energy efficiency requirements. Also, it is pointed out that the energy efficiency concept is always coupled with the idea of environmental safety of materials utilized, reduction of economic costs of construction and installation and energy security. The authors hold the view that energy efficient reconstruction of buildings and structures built in the second half of the 20th century (so called «stripped houses») can be accomplished through increasing the thickness of exterior walls with the use of innovative lightweight thermal insulation materials that enable building without underpinning and soil stabilization.

This article is dedicated to the problem of preschool educational buildings, that used for their intended purpose. For example was made a research of typical blocks of mass building (9-12 floors) with a stepped service system. The problem of transformation of the structure of kindergartens buildings, that were built in the Soviet period on standard projects, has become important in the modern world. Because of the conditions of modern lifestyle, requirements to kindergarten architectural space changed. The existing structure of the pre-school institutions has been tested in time and met the basic needs in 60-80 years , but today it does not correspond to new society activities. Now there is a need to upgrade the standard projects of preschools buildings. From a practical solution of the problems depends on the further development of the architectural environment of preschool education, that meets modern requirements in the urban structure.

The methods of calculation of tense and deformed state of loessial collapsing soil grounds subsiding loess soils under the influence of long-active compactive loads at their incomplete water saturation as elastoviscoplastic environments. The determining equations are based on hereditary type current theory taking into account the bulk, shear plastic deformation, dilatancy phenomenon, different values of form making creep cores and all-round compression. The soil is isotropic environment. The increments of stresses are composed of viscoelastic and visco-plastic components. The algorithm is performed using solutions of iterative techniques and finite element method and includes solutions of linear-elastic, elastoplastic and elastoviscoplastic tasks in the definite sequence. Physical and mechanical properties, dependences of the stress and strain on the time at different values of humidity and soil compaction pressures are determined in the laboratory. Use of the reliable mathematical models of the base, taking into account the creep deformation at the design on the loess subsiding soils under conditions of incomplete water saturation contributes to reliability of the erected construction projects.

The article proposes the derivation of resolving equations for the bending of triangular finite element of plate with regard to creep. In deriving of the equations we use Lagrange variational principle. The problem is reduced to a system of linear algebraic equations. Creep contributes only to the right side of the system of equations. These equations allow to calculate the plates of arbitrary shape, taking into account the viscoelastic properties of the material. An example of the calculation for a rectangular plate of a secondary polymeric PVC, hinged along the contour and loaded uniformly distributed over the area load is presented. As a law establishing a link between stress and creep deformation we used nonlinear equation of Maxwell-Gurevich. Calculations were performed in Matlab software package. The graphs of change in time of deflection and stresses are presented. Stress during creep vary slightly, a difference between the stresses at the beginning and end of creep process does not exceed 6%. The result of numerical calculation of the maximum deflection value at the end of creep is different from the theoretical on 0.26%.

On the basis of dimension-regression method, experimental design, using Greco-Latin square, the authors have carried out theoretical studies of the filtration process through the channels facing damage, the formation of which is almost inevitable when the protective coating on top of the device impervious polymeric element. Using factors in dimensionless form, were constructed graphs depicting the results of the experiment, as well as to obtain an equation of the filtration coefficient lining, the adequacy of which is confirmed by the Fisher criterion.

the article presents the results of monitoring operation of a press for molding bricks. The proposed modernization of the press with the aim of eliminatingdefects of bricks. The aim of the study is the elimination of defects in the manufacture of brick. To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve the following tasks: to carry out monitoring of the press in operation; to identify the causes of defects in brick; to upgrade the press design. The research results are recommended for practical use in factories for the production of bricks.

The number of the main factors negatively impact on the lives and health of people working staff, the environment of the enterprise in aluminum production. It is found that the most dangerous are harmful dust and aerosols, sewage sludge and red, an industrial accident. Based on the analysis of proposed measures to ensure the hygienic safety of the aluminum industry.The first factor in the adverse effects on the environment are emissions into atmosferu.Vtoroy factor -education waste, consisting mainly of a variety of useful metals, such as iron oxide, aluminum and titanium. These finely divided residues are referred to as "red mud" .Tretim important factor is the negative impact of accidents and disasters at these facilities. It is possible to present an analysis of accidents for 2014-2015g.g.mozhno conclude that for the normal functioning of enterprises for the production of aluminum products, requires careful adherence to basic security arrangements discussed above, as it will lead to an increase in productivity and quality finished products, reduce injuries among staff and factories workers, improve the environment and to minimize accidents involving the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere and hydrosphere.

In the article the basic problems of water reservoirs, their impact on the surrounding ecosystem. The advantages and disadvantages of the construction hydraulic structures. Are given the results of studies on the creation of samouplotnyayushchikhsya fine-grained fibrobetonov on the withdrawals of lithotrity with the application of a polyfunctional additive D -5. Are developed the compositions of samouplotnyayushchikhsya fine-grained fibrobetonov with the application of a basaltic fibre, which make it possible to considerably decrease the expenditure of cement and to improve the characteristics of fine-grained concrete mixture and concrete. The use of a polyfunctional additive D -5 in the mixtures makes it possible to increase the strength properties of fine-grained fibrobetonov with a simultaneous improvement in the rheological characteristics of concrete mixtures. The replacement of cement to 10 % from the mass by ashes of fraction d0,14 mm in the fine-grained concrete mixtures does not cause noticeable reduction in the strength properties of concrete. Developed samouplotnyayushchiesya fine-grained fibrobetony possess the increased strength properties and have low prime cost due to the use of local raw material and withdrawals of lithotrity

We have reviewed several Russian cities masterplans between 2012 and 2016, a total of 4 plans focusing on two aspects – energy consumption and district heating networks. Where possible, load management and controls usage have been added to the study, but it should be noted that development on the cities shown on the plans is subject to uncertainty due to lack of load clarity. Self-acting controls have a sensor filled with a substance which changes its volume as the temperature changes. The volume change is transmitted through a capillary tube to an adjusting device placed on a control valve. The adjusting device contains a bellows, and when the bellows changes in volume - expands or contracts - this motion is transferred to the cone in the valve. Self-acting controls are well suited to keep the flow temperature of the domestic hot water or the ventilating air at a constant level. In heating systems, the secondary flow temperature is controlled according to the outdoor temperature via an electronic control station complete with a sensor a weather compensator. As a rule the control valve is placed on the primary side. The temperature on outgoing domestic hot water is controlled in the same way.

Modelling and experimental research of path filter of C range on opposing rods was made. In the paddband from 4 to 8 GHz losses were not more than 1.5 dB. Blocking at tuning downwards per 1 GHz was not less than 50 dB. Blocking at tuning upwards per 2 GHz was not less than 70 dB. There is a false passband 16.6 - 21.5 GHz.

Increase in efficiency of researches on expansion of range of fractionation of fillers by use of small career sands of the region is promoted by use of mathematical approach when planning an experiment. The mathematical model of an experiment has allowed to establish functional interrelations between prescription parameters (W/C, a ratio of amount of sands when mixing) and output properties of concrete (density, durability at compression). Surfaces of a response of functions have allowed to estimate visually change of properties of concrete mixes on the fractioned sand in the explored area of factorial space.

This paper describes the main directions of development of low-power boilers and the analysis of existing methods of heat transfer enhancement in these boilers. Shows generalising dependence reliably reflecting the impact of intermediate emitters on heat transfer in convection surfaces of water-tube boilers. The use of intermediate emitters can improve the energy efficiency of low-power boilers and reduce their negative impact on the environment
