The aim of this work was to conduct monitoring and make a regression model of the microbiological air pollution in Volgograd near highways. The work carried out monitoring of microbial air pollution in the residential district of Volgograd near two major highways - first and second longitudinal lines. On the first phase of research the microbial monitoring of air pollution in the residential district of Volgograd was conducted, depending on the proximity to the highway. Number of microbial cells (MC) was evaluated by sedimentation. The assumption is made about the nature of the regression relationship between microbial air pollution and the distance from the highway. Approximating functions and regression coefficients are constructed for the first portion of the longitudinal line at different levels of traffic road. Function is obtained, which allows to calculate the value of microbial contamination of the air, depending on the distance to the road and number of vehicles. In the case of high levels of the microbiological monitoring of the basin air it’s necessary to carry out measures to reduce microbial contamination of the air, for example, regular watering roads, tree planting, vegetative barriers adsorbing pollutants, chemical treatment of disinfectants. The calculation of microbial contamination of the air near a residential building located at a distance of 10 meters from the highway in the central region of Volgograd is conducted using proposed in function prediction of microbial contamination. The developed technique allows us to make calculations without setting up experiments in a specialized microbiology laboratory.

Today’s trend of electronics complicating makes developers to create more complex devices in a shorter time. Developers have to contrive different ways of designing automatization to prevent production worsening. However, automatization cannot improve the situation when an innovative device is developing because such developing involves a lot of testing and researches. In this article authors propose to use hardware in the loop simulation methods to optimize designing process. Hardware in the loop simulation is division the device in functional blocks, some of them are produced as models and other are produced as hardware. Usage of this method decrease cost of modernization hardware blocks and allow using a number of data processing algorithms at the same time.
The article contains a using of hardware in the loop actuality description, main steps of designing enunciation and description of method exemplified by designing of data-measuring and controlling system for automatic orientation of tropospheric communications station.

The problem of justifying extending the service life of hydraulic structures in Russia is unsatisfactory condition requiring modernization and refurbishment. Currently in Russia over the length of the river network of 2.37 million sq km includes more than 125 thousand rivers that can be used for navigation. When locking, the most widely found as regulator control structures of low pressure shield dam spillways with metal swivel farms most widely used when evaluating the residual life of structural elements carrying water conveyance structures, has an integrated risk assessment of the accident. According to the distribution curves can be classified technical condition of each item, such as rods and plates in various defects as small and dangerous damage the elements included in the design. During the simulation obtained contour plots of stress-bearing low-pressure water-lifting precast shield dams for subsequent prediction justify continued reliable exploitation. The concept of life extension studies supporting structures prefabricated low-pressure water-lifting shield dams on the example of individual structures bearing elements, prefabricated low-pressure water-lifting shield dams, based on modeling of the loading process from various defects and damage due to prolonged use.

A stability problem of milling process is under consideration. A novel analytical tool is presented to assess the optimal cutting parameters which provide a chatter free machining. Chatter instability is broadly studied in the literature. However, the problem of simultaneous optimization of radial and axial depths of cut is kept out of scope. To describe the optimization method a single-degree-of-freedom model of milling process is investigated as well as corresponding equation of motion and function of cutting force. A unified delay-differential equation is proposed. A theorem of asymptotic stability is suggested. Suggested optimization technique allows to create a diagram of radial and axial depth-of-cut dependence. As shown, there exists an extremum of function of axial and radial depth-of-cut dependence.

With the growing fleet's increasingly acute problem arises safety and reliability their exploitation as a result of this increase in productivity and accuracy of their technical diagnostics. Urgent task to further improve diagnosis for vehicles is to develop new methods and algorithms highlight the dominant component of the information in relation to a wide class of vehicles. The methods joint time-frequency and wavelet analysis. To isolate the dominant component of the information proposed to use the method of wavelet decomposition. Using vibro acoustic registration nodes vehicles funds allowed to receive signals carrying information about the defects of individual units of vehicles. The proposed decoding algorithms signals have high reliability, allow technical inspection, subsequent monitoring of the technical state of the vehicle. The composite cathode material of the core@shell type with the LiMn2O4@LiCoO2 formula of has been successfully synthesized using the solid-state reactions in several stages. Its structure has been studied by means of X-ray diffraction, scanning and transmission electron microscopy and vibrational infrared spectroscopy. Electrochemical investigation in two-electrode cell has been showed improvement of characteristics of the synthesized cathode material than the constituent components. The specific power of LiMn2O4@LiCoO2 is 650 mWh/g, against 450 and 500 mWh/g for LiCoO2 and LiMn2O4, respectively.
