Receiving adequate mathematical model requires studying of streams of inquiries into the information system which are described as random variables. The purpose of the analysis is definition of density function of distribution of random variables - time intervals between inquiries of users. The offered method contains stages at which check of independence and similarity of distribution of random variables is carried out, stationarities of a stream and the law of distribution of intervals of time between events is defined. For check of independence and similarity of distribution of random variables the criterias based on selective coefficients of correlation and the criteria which are based on the spectral density of intervals are used. For the analysis of stationarity of a stream of inquiries the standard methods of the smallest square regression and methods based on the analysis of special mathematical models are used. For example, Poisson's stream which parameter changes under some law is supposed. Sequences of the events displaced by casual influences are presented as the events happening according to the schedule with delays in the form of the independent and equally distributed random variables. For comparison of intensity of streams of inquiries from various users of information system the criterion based on the relation of function of maximum similarity and an index of dispersion is used. The offered technique is focused on using of the modern computer programs, for example, MatLab, Statistika.

In this article the method of investigation of latent conflict potential student administrative centers of the Federation of South Russia (for example, KCR). It is based on direct empirical data collected at the beginning of 2015 questioning of students of Karachay-Cherkessia State University. Distribution functions of the respondents to assess the cognitive component of the various components of latent conflict potential are provided. All these functions are divided by their sociological meaning of a number of groups: cognitive characteristics of socio-economic security, indicators of loyalty to the authorities (they also evaluate the legitimacy), and a large group of respondents to identify the level of protest. Using a consistent factorization, eventually the entire initial set reduced to three indicators of latent conflict potential: the index of socio-economic expectations indicator of legitimacy, the index of the protest. Distribution functions are provided for these characteristics. To assess the level of overall latent conflict potential is proposed to use a matrix of conflict, showing how the contributions of individual parties and the total effect.

In the paper we consider the multi-criteria resource allocation problem in hierarchical transport systems with interval optimal criteria. We build a general mathematical model with multi-criteria optimization problems. The optimal criteria are given in the form of piecewise constant functions. The problems are solved by searching for “optimal nodes” in multidimensional multi-valued cube. Every node of a cube defines own system of linear algebraic bilateral transport-type inequalities. By defining the order of criteria, the multi-criteria problem is reduced to single-criteria problem. This problem is solved on various subsets of the cube’s nodes. Solution is based on sequential checks of the compatibility of the system that defines resource allocation restrictions. If the system of the restrictions is given in the form of an oriented tree, checking the compatibility of the system is made with “modified boundaries” method. For the general case, we propose to use a generalization of the Agmon-Motzkin relaxation method of orthogonal projections. We considered a scheduling task for an enterprise as an example of applied problem.

Simultaneous detection of obstacles in the near field of the mobile robot is extremely urgent and complex task. In general, environment around robot is very complicated due to differences in change of lighting conditions and viewing angles. These problems lead to decrease accuracy of obstacles recognition. In this paper we propose mathematical model of implicit-pole synchronous generator of mini-CHP. The model is based on a full Park-Gorev differential equation. The saturation of the machine is taken by using the method of partial magnetic characteristics. This method allows most accurate evaluation of the change of parameters of an equivalent circuit of the nonsalient-pole generator in the absence of information about the magnetic properties of the machine. The model is Implemented in Simulink. Application of the model is possible when calculating the steady-state and transients in distribution electrical net wich contains implicit-pole synchronous generators.

The paper presents an analysis of the relationship of cognitive and affective components of deprivation installations. The research is based on empirical data from survey conducted in early 2015 in Karachay State University. As indicators of deprivation plants used cognitive and emotional evaluation of individual socio-economic security. Cognitive measured by direct survey. Emotional - technology of semantic differential. It was found that these estimates do not correlate with each other. At the statistical level of the entire set of respondents cognitive appraisal always overpriced compared to the affective. Revealed the limitations of the measurement of relative deprivation accepted by direct questioning. It is shown that the developed method for measuring the earlier emotional perception of social processes and phenomena completely solves this problem.

It is offered density of probability for the studied actor at the individual level to describe Fokker – Planck equation. For specific calculations is used the stochastic differential equations (Ito or Stratonovich) which is producing last. The distribution functions throughout the research pool are determined by the Monte Carlo method implemented in agent-oriented application package Any Logic. It is shown that the previously developed model of affective social attitudes easily fits into this scheme, and allows to appreciate the emotional components of attitudes, taking into account stochasticity original settings. The results of studying the dependence of the result variance from errors in the primary parameters are given. It is obtained that the relative errors for both are of one order.
