The problem of equipment diagnosis for wear and tear is considered in the article. The reduction in expenditure for equipment service maintenance can be reached by early failure detection. For this purpose it is required an extension of diagnosis method. The purpose of the article is the analysis of using wavelet decomposition device for detection of malfunctions of the hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Works of other authors on this subject are analyzed. By means of a mathematical package of the applied MATLAB program the three-dimensional scale gram of wavelet decomposition are constructed. It gives much attention to comparison of widely applied method of Fourier transformation and the low-studied wavelet decomposition method. Two main equations of wavelet decomposition used for the solution of performance targets are considered. Introduction of new transformation algorithm gives more exact and quality assessment of equipment performance.

The article explains the role of information technology in the implementation of modernization reforms in the Russian health care system. The limitations of statistical significance in psychological research become more and more obvious. On the contrary the effect size reporting in scientific papers is now a common practice as it shows the practical significance of the research. Various methods of computing the effect size exist, but many of them are not represented in popular statistical software. The using of the R statistical software for educational and scientific purposes is suggested, as it is free and open-source, and user functions for different purposes can easily be written. Four R functions for computing the effect size for rank comparison tests of samples are proposed.

The possibility of application of algorithms of bee colonies for the implementation of the cryptanalysis of block ciphers is considered under the assumption that the availability of information about the original text and the encrypted text provides the definition of the secret key, and the implementation of a cryptographic algorithm is reduced to the implementation of the operations of cipher permutations. Known methods of the bee colonies belonging to relatively new class of the bioinspired optimizing methods imitating the processes proceeding in wildlife are applied to the solution of this optimizing task. It is shown that the problem of cryptanalysis is a special case of a task about appointments and can be solved by means of algorithm of bee colonies which basis of behavior is made by the self-organization providing achievement of common goals of a swarm. Are given: algorithm of search of an optimum combination of symbols with the maximum value of criterion function, and also a formula for determination of value of criterion function. The block diagram of the main stages of algorithm of bee colonies is provided (formation of a set of areas sources, and also research by means of working bees of surroundings of these areas), the example of work of algorithm is also given.

The article presents the results of the analysis of the fluctuations of the USD/RUB and the definitions of integrability of the corresponding time series. The research of currency pair by linear methods revealed the presence of non-stationarity in the behavior of the time series, as a result we came to the conclusion that it is impossible to create a high-quality predictive model based on parametric methods.An attempt was made to improve the quality of the forecast to study the integrability of the time series. For this purpose we used various modifications of test the Dickey–Fuller and software products. We tested estimate the order of integrability of two economic time series ,characterizing fluctuations of the U.S. dollar against the ruble and the dynamics of the stock of the Sberbank. The results of the analysis prove that the Dickey-Fuller test is a simple and reliable way to assess the order of integrability of the time series. The benefits of the ADF-test before DF-test are identified.The result is a stationary model of time series , which we can used for forecasting.

The technique of the multidimensional analysis of socio-political attitudes is shown on a concrete example. The results of questioning which was carried out in the spring of 2014 among the Rostov region population participating in the work of election commissions of the lower level are the basis for work. In total 144 persons were surveyed. On gender and age distribution, and also on socio-economic indexes our sample was typical for the above mentioned population. About 29 characteristics were used as input parameters in model. They were levels of affective and cognitive perception of the local and central authorities, cognitive estimates by respondents of the relation to various parties of socio-political life, the characteristic of a social portrait of respondents. The affective components were determined by technology of semantic differential, with the subsequent calculation within nonlinear approach. All cognitive components were computed by results of direct poll. Entrance sizes were unwrapped a multidimensional cube on a platform of a package of the multidimensional analysis by IBM Cognos. The functions of respondent’s distribution were computed both for separate components, and for various sections of a cube at the exit of model. The analysis for social and economic, national, confessional, territorial, gender profiles is carried out. It was discovered, in particular, the essential peculiarities in the territorial plan for the main leading factors of a conflictogenity (an affective component of political attitudes). Hierarchy of factors of social tension was created It is shown that the presented technique allows to conduct comprehensive investigation of a socio-political condition of any audience.

The study is based on the results of the survey conducted on the technology of semantic differential in may 2015, RSBIU. The sample consisted of 137 people, and was typical in basic social settings for students. The subjective perception of the political order was calculated under the previously proposed psychosemantic phenomenological model in agent - oriented AnyLogic. Shows the features of the distribution respondents of the levels of perception of local and Central political authorities. At the group statistical level, the difference between the emotional relation to both branches of government are not significant. The average for the study group, the level of perception of 0.04 and 0.1, respectively (with the normalization from -1 to +1). Meanwhile, 52% and 54% of the respondents belong to neutral authorities (level from -0.2 to +0.2), 16% and 14% negative (level < -0,2), and 32% were positive with a level >0,2. Risk group with a strongly negative (level -0,5) with respect to both branches of government is 6% and 8%, respectively. Among this subgroup, it is possible the formation of contentious processes. A comparative analysis with the results of similar studies carried out earlier in may 2014, the last period, the subjective perception was virtually stable. By 2015, there was a slight decrease in the proportion of negative (1% for area and 3% for Russia) configured respondents who have moved to the neutral category. But at the same risk group with a strongly negative attitude to may 2015 increased by 1%.

The paper proposes a modification of earlier mentioned method reduces the number of computing operations and improve the accuracy of estimating the phase shift, which is close to the limit set by the Cramer-Rao inequality. The article also presents the results of numerical modeling of systematic and random errors parametric estimation of the phase shift angle of the proposed method.

This article is considered Immunological method of the railway vehicle's parts localization based on the clonal selection algorithm. The advantage of this approach is the use of one-class support vector machine, which allows classifier training with only positive examples. The suggested approach significantly reduces complexity and formation of the training sample set. Immunological localization method has high performance characteristics due to the hybrid application one-class support vector machine and clonal selection algorithm. This allows to optimize the procedure of objects finding in the analyzed image

In article the task of creation of effective portfolios of securities arising in practical investment activities is considered. Theoretical calculations decisions, necessary for creation of algorithm, are analyzed. It is noted that a basis of calculations is calculation of risk and the expected profitability of both separate assets, and all portfolio in general. For creation of model eight issuers of securities and their real course profitability in ten months according to the Moscow exchange are used. The kovariatsion matrix and a vector of the average income by means of which two effective portfolios are calculated is constructed and the assessment of their profitability and risk is carried out. According to the obtained data the effective border is simulated and displayed graphically. All necessary operations are performed by means of MS Excel.

This article presents the results of computer simulation of electromechanical phase splitter working at idle mode based on a three-phase induction motor type HVA-55 with squirrel cage type rotor. Simulation made on the basis of previous studies of the auxiliary electric drives onboard of AC electric locomotives. These studies include: the development of a mathematical model of the three-phase induction electric machine that is suitable for describing the dynamics of electromagnetic, electromechanical and thermal processes under unbalance the power supply voltage, and also at not equal parameters at the each phase of machine; the development of computer models of various schemes of auxiliary electric drives of AC locomotives, having in its composition induction motor mathematical model. It has been demonstrated that the selected mathematical model of the induction machine can adequately describe the phase splitting process: the conversion of single-phase AC catenary voltage to three-phase voltage for auxiliary loads feeding.

On the base of geometrical model of interior revolving one axoid by another for the pairs of contacted cylinders and cones analytical representations, and computer visualization of the new constructed kinematical surfaces is developed in this research. The described geometrical model corresponds to the case when one axoid is located in the interior of another axoid. As this takes place, there are two possible variants of mutual arrangement of moving and fixed axoids. In the first variant, the moving axoid is located in the interior of the fixed axoid. In the second variant, the fixed axoid is located in the interior of the moving axoid. In the first variant, the outside surface of the moving axoid revolves around the interior surface of the fixed axoid. In the second variant, the interior surface of the moving axoid revolves around the outside surface of the fixed axoid. For pairs of axoids “cylinder – cylinder” or “cone – cone” both variants of geometrical model for constructing kinematical ruled surfaces are considered on the base of rolling one axoid along another one. As a result of the moving one axoid along another the kinematical ruled surface is generated by one of the generating lines of moving axoid. Computer graphics of the new constructed kinematical ruled surfaces based on the proposed geometrical models has been accomplished by the previously developed software application “ArtMathGraph”.

The geometrical model of interior revolving one axoid by another for the pairs of contacted one-sheet hyperboloids of revolution, as the methodical base for constructing of the new kinematical ruled surfaces is proposed in this article. Analytical representation of the constructed kinematical ruled surfaces is based on the previously developed model of complex moving one axoid along another. For the case of pair of contacted one-sheet hyperboloids of revolution the geometrical model of the complex moving can be represented as a superposition of some interrelated movements: rotational movement of the moving axoid around its axis; rotational movement of the moving axoid’s axis around the fixed axoid’s axis; translational movement of the moving axoid along the common generating line of both axoids. The proposed geometrical model of interior revolving one axoid by another corresponds to the case when one axoid is located in the interior of another axoid. The subject of the research is to improve one of the components of the texture segmentation algorithm, namely the acceleration the process of calculating the gray level co-occurrence linked list. Currently, there is a tendency to develop not cuff methods of blood pressure measurement, which reduces discomfort in the measurement and to ensure continuous monitoring of blood pressure. The proposed model allows us to estimate the temperature of the distal phalanges (DPF) and, therefore, blood pressure, both in stationary conditions and during the transients. As a result of experimental verification of the model demonstrated that the average value of the DPF temperature repeats the law of change in mean arterial pressure, and transient changes in temperature during the DPF blood pressure change and the ambient temperature are independent and subject to an exponential law.

In this scholarly study presents the results of the questionnaire held at the end of 2015 among the universities of Rostov-on-don. The survey involved students of the RSUCB, DGTU and, SRIM RPANEPA. The aim of this work is to reveal the emotional state of young people. All were interviewed 157 respondents of different years of study: 1 to 4 year. Were identified sustainable measures of economic welfare and social security with the average values of 3.03 and to 3.64 respectively. A high level of life prospects - of 3.71 on average. Thus 30% of respondents are more likely to experience some degree of anxiety for their future. 25% of respondents often experienced emotional mood swings. Despite the problems with the economic and social security, students generally give high emotional evaluation of their life: 80 % is satisfied with their lives and 20% have a certain degree of discontent.

This paper is the final in monitoring and modeling of socio-political attitudes of students of the Chechen Republic, which were made on the basis of a survey conducted in mid-2015. Bringing together previously obtained results on the calculation and analysis of affective and cognitive components, revealed the full hierarchical structure of indicators of political attitudes. On the first level identified six parameters, which are reduced to three on the second one, and a two-dimensional matrix of conflict on the third level. The last index formed by the affective perception of the political order and an indicator of generalized political activity. The total conflict index was calculated on the basis of these components, by using psycho-semantic model developed on the basis of the concept of typicality, in the framework of catastrophe theory. The index of overall conflict potential is modeled by a random variable. Their distribution functions were determined by Monte Carlo simulation using agent - oriented simulation package Any Logic. The analysis and simulation showed in the whole group (81%) low level of contentiousness of 0.1-0.2 (for straight-line scale from 0 to +1). The high value of this parameter (0, 8-0, 9) was observed in a small proportion (13%), which is the subgroup of risk regarding possible development of the protests.

The purpose of this paper is an analysis of emotional conditions the young people depending on gender characteristics, and to identify less emotionally stable group. There were interviewed 157 students ( 49% - men, 51% - women) of RSUCB, DGTU and, SRIM RPANEPA. It is revealed, the man give identical estimation of economic levels and social security. Women show a difference between these indicators on 1 point on average values. Emotional condition at the time of research is equally for men and women . Parameters such as the ability to enjoy small events, to feel emotions and be open to other people - are more typical for the female audience. Men are more inclined to feel guilty and noted the possibility of emotional mood swings. High assessments level of fullness life and the meaning of life activity are common to both gender groups.

For this purpose, a psycho-semantic model developed on the basis of the concept of typicality, in terms of catastrophe theory. The index of overall conflict potential is modeled by a random variable. Its distribution function was determined by Monte Carlo simulation using agent - oriented simulation package AnyLogic. The analysis and simulation showed in average relatively low level of conflict 0,46 (straight-line scale from 0 to +1). While 54% of respondents characterized the conflict potential is below average (0.4 and below). The high value of this parameter (0,8-0,9) was observed in one third of respondents. This part of the study audience is the group of risk regarding possible development of the protests.

Abstract: To analyse the absolute stability of nonlinear impulsive systems are proposed recurrent mathematical expressions derived from the criterion of absolute stability and allows by means of the developed program to determine the coecients of a special polynomial obtained from the transfer function of a nonlinear pulse system of any order. The technique of checking the strict positivity of the obtained polynomial (which is analogous to the characteristic polynomial of the system) the signs of the determinants inerney matrix and thereby detect the absolute stability of the system. Determinants of innoref are computed by an efficient algorithm for double triangularization, giving the win to 2 – 4 times compared to the classical algorithm of Gauss
