The results of the heat transfer processes studies in the heat exchange borehole (BHE), equipped with coaxial collector in order to establish the influence of its design parameters, the properties of the rock mass, mode and duration of the coolant flow to the effective temperature difference. The resulting analytical equation for the effective temperature difference in the conditions of unsteady heat transfer experimentally verified in a lab BHE and can be used in the design of these BHE systems in specific geological and technical conditions. Use the resulting equation for the inverse calculation can be counted the diameter and the depth of the BHE, as well as the duration of the coolant circulation in the coaxial collector. The advantage of such approach is the consideration of the main factors that influence the of the effective temperature difference.

Inlet water or prolonged use many facilities design elements out of order it - complete destruction of concrete structures water conveyance structures, the formation of defects, normal operational performance of the design water conveyance facilities, such as violation of butt joints, as well as the destruction of the individual elements of the structure, etc. During the development of methods for extending the life cycle of water conveyance structures are obtained by the use of impervious geotextile cover that make for a correct evaluation of residual life of structures may extend its operational life cycle. The question arises of the need for correct and timely manner and to assess the remaining amount of the carrying capacity of water conveyance structures, to evaluate the technical condition and extend its life cycle. The article deals with the problem to determine the strength properties of the ballasted clogged sand dunes, including the action vibrodynamic loads. According to the results of laboratory experiments for the first time we obtained the reduction of specific adhesion and angle of internal friction of gravel ballast material on the density and the percentage of blockage of sand dunes under the influence of both static vibrodynamic the action of loads.

Laboratory technology was developed to fabricate flexible piezocomposites with ferroelectric phase - polymers having signal reception factorv • gv 5000 • 10-15 m2 / N. The values of the given coefficient were achieved by switching from a probabilistic (spontaneous) percolation to a correlated one in the process of forming material. This made the production of 0-1–3 piezocomposites, in which a part of piezophase has 0 connectivity, and the other part – 1 connectivity possible. To improve the efficiency of piezocomposite polarization before their manufacturing the surface of piezophase particles, which were obtained by the partial destruction of the porous frameworks, was treated with coupling agent, which did not only improve the polymer adhesion to piezophase, but also allowed the removal of water from the particle surface. The latter effect reduced the value of interfacial conductivity, i.e. prevented the voltage drop of the polarizing field. Matching of polymer conductivity and piezoceramic particles by determining the optimal polarization temperature was carried out as well.

The investigated nanocomposites are characterized by more uniform distribution of amorphous and crystal phases. An optimal number of crystallization centers - nanoparticles leads to improve mechanical properties of polyethylenes. Introduction of nanofillers into a polymer matrix leads to the formation of cryptocrystalline supermolecular structure by reducing of the thermodynamic threshold of crystallization.

A compact digital voltammograph for electrochemical analysis of aqueous solutions was created. Device’s construction and drawings of the electrochemical cell for the studying of small amounts of fluids are described. Electronic circuits are assembled on modern high-precision components. The device implemented using cyclic, normal pulse and differential pulse voltammetry. Experiments were carried out with solutions of copper ions and hydrogen peroxide to test operability and characteristics of the voltammograph. All implemented methods gave reproducible results that are consistent with the theory. Typical results of the experiments with solutions of copper ions are shown.

The peculiarities of modification of silicon’s surface structure by the electric disintegration were researched. It was established that the electric disintegration of sensitive layer’s surface increases its effective area and the density of surface state. It also forms the deep energy levels in the forbidden zone of the semiconductor which are conditioned by atoms of the electrode’s material and by dislocation. In total it makes possible to modify the sensitivity and selectivity of gas sensors.

The article describes the main problems of circuit simulation. The problem of solving ill-conditioned systems of linear algebraic equations (SLAE) of large dimension. The modified algorithm is a linear algebraic solutions. Described a hybrid evolutionary algorithm for solving linear systems based on the proposed modified method. The results of the pilot study and comparison of the algorithm with the algorithms based on the traditional methods for solving linear algebraic equation, which confirm the advantages of the hybrid evolutionary algorithm.

There is two type of phosphate minerals for phosphate basic materials. Features of the apatite and the phosphorite deposits are given consideration. It is marked, that stacking process is forming from two sorts of phosphogypsum: dehydrate and semi-hydrate calcium sulphite. The results of studying the phosphogypsums' physical-mechanical properties are given. Specific structurial-mechanical, strength and strain conditions are considered.

The mathematical model of the potential distribution in the semiconductor surficial region in the presence of deep-lying levels in its forbidden zone which specified by multiple-charge impurity centers has been developed. The simulation results can be used for the width of the space charge region estimation, for the prognostication of the most probable mechanism of the charge carriers transfer in metal-semiconductor structure with multiple-charge deep-lying levels and also for the prognostication of the barrier capacitance value. It can be used in the development of solid-state electronic devices with improved values of some parameters.
