We describe the design of a directional microphone and a methodology for conducting the tests. In a controlled motion lane highway conducted field observations made by the authors microphone. As a result of the simulation is determined relative measurement error. It is shown that in order to reduce relative error detector transport recommended in 30-100 m behind the traffic lights, since the start of the vehicle the sound coming from the car, increases. Within the measurement error of 12%, a passive acoustic detection of transport, can be applied in the total intensity on the stretch of road that does not exceed 400 vehicles / h.

The article presents a description of the main factors, which are necessary for correct simulation of process drying in a fluidized bed of inert particles. The main difficulties encountered in the scaling of laboratory dryers. Specify the nature of the impact interaction of the particles of inert and drying agent on heat-mass transfer in the drying process. Presents the description of the statistical models used to simulate the interaction of particles of inert material. Specify the main parameters and assumptions of the model. Presets the experimental conditions for the analysis of the nature of the motion of individual particles in a fluidized bed.

The article actualizes the issue of increasing farm labor efficiency through automation and the introduction of robotics. The study found that farms of various types have a need to automate the process of harvesting the crop, which determined further directions of analysis. The authors presented the overlook of the current state of the market of agricultural robots and identified its key players. Suggested the solution to automate the process of harvesting fruits and vegetables by the family of AgroMultiBot robots.

This article describes the developed universal system for ensuring the safe movement of multicopter indoors. The system solves the problem of the avoiding the obstacles when multicopter moves. System includes the following devices: 8 ultrasonic distance sensors, one infrared distance sensor, the electronic board to control sensors and multicopter, and radio. The ultrasonic sensors detect the obstacles in the horizontal plane of the multicopter. Infrared sensor is used to stabilize the height of multicopter. The system captures device management from operator when the machine enters the danger area. It calculates the best driving direction that multicopter not to collide with an obstacle, and drives the multicopter to a safe distance.

This article describes an estimation of developed data exchange protocol robustness. Protocol is used in wireless connectivity. This protocol was made for delivering data from a meter to GSM-concentrator. This system is a part of hardware-software complex for energy resources and water metering. To solve this problem an imitation model was developed, which consider various collisions on the line. The purpose of modeling is to estimate probability of failure while transmitting daily data from meters to GSM-concentrator. The model was made of N random number generators, the period of time is divided into time slots. These generators give random slots which is a modeling of random transmissions. During modeling we consider a simultaneous transmission of two generators as a failure. Then the model was modified to address the possible “semi-collision”, when two generators use slots which are close to each other. The results of modified model show that probability of failure using developed protocol is negligible.

Stable functioning of the organizational structure under external influence, volatile external environment, internal changes and restrictions determined by the ability to forecast the head of the emergence and development of crisis situations and effectively influence them. We propose a model of the possible schemes for generating a crisis of development and the achievement of objectives of scenarios in crisis situations. A set of actions, which is defined in the modeling process, provides many options for development of the situation. It is also determined by various ways and means to achieve this goal in a dynamically changing conditions of existence. The main components of the model are the objects that characterize the organizational structure and the factors influencing them. Rules and restrictions that form the domain of the specific behaviors of the organizational structure and the external environment, are also components of the model. The components characterizing the result of modeling the behavior of the organizational structure, objectives and criteria are their achievement. The paper presents the structure and mechanisms of formation properties of the base object, on which are formed various types of facilities involved in the modeling process. A part of the rules on the nature of their activities and use in the simulation. The structure and mechanisms of formation properties of the base object used to implement flexible modeling algorithms. Algorithms should take into account the peculiarities of consideration of the organizational structure of management tasks in conditions of instability, multifactorial effects and dynamically changing rules and constraints on resources and allowed actions.

In the article the method of dynamic repeller formation in case of drone movement control is offered for use in the three-dimensional environments with obstacles. Erle-HexaCopter is considered as drone in this article. Article contains the short description of a hexacopter mathematical model and positional-trajectory control movement algorithms. The method is based on representation obtacles as dynamic repeller is offered. Dynamic repellers are formed depending on the distance from the drone to the obstacle in the movement process. This method is analyzed and simulated in Matlab. Cases with one or several stationar obtacles are considered in simulation. In conclusion, we formulated the revealed features of this method

This paper represent a method of unstable modes and concept of virtual point applying to unmanned aerial vehicles in 3D. It describes details of unstable modes for vehicle control, as well as virtual point method in 3D and its procedure. As an example of vehicle, we use hexacopters. Paper shows simulation results for a number of cases: a flight from point to point in undetermined environment with obstacles and path-following in undetermined environment with obstacles. The efficiency of the method with various coefficients is analyzed. In conclusions we discuss about limits of the method and the recommendations of its use.

in the article the method of finding the optimal value of the probability of failure-free operation of machine parts with constraints on resources, the characteristics of the structure and economic performance. The algorithm for calculating the total economic cost of failure removal, implemented in the software algorithm block MRM and choosing the best option of manufacturing parts. As an example, the handle of the EC-14, single-bucket excavator. The optimal uptime probability value equal to 0.999 and corresponds to the structure, which is 7% more than the original, but is reduced to 2.2 times the total cost of eliminating failures.

The article offers a justification of actions to improve the level of service of "Transportnik", located in Art. Kazan. It is recommended to combine the zone of the TO-1 and a storage room, special area for repair of chassis Mersedes cars. Now risks associated with the violation of information security properties become especially relevant, including for medical institutions. This article describes the technique of assessment of information risks, including the algorithm of assessment of the acceptable risk, fuzzy cognitive model and the algorithm of expert assessment of the current risks. The proposed model and algorithm of assessment of current risks allows defining of multiple points that characterize the current level of information risks on a coordinate plane "damage - probability". The main difference between the described method and already existent ones – is determination of asset significance for company that allows making reasonable management decisions in the end. The offered technique has been applied in the state budgetary healthcare institution of Astrakhan region "Medical prevention center": curve of acceptable risk is constructed; the current (relevant) information risks are estimated. Then results of assessment were used for making management decisions on lowering the risks to acceptable values.

The use of water resources to economic activity that is determined a necessity in human existence, all living beings and in almost all technological processes of industrial and agricultural production, fuel and energy complex and other industries, and other activities. At the modern stage of society development at the global level of the system ""Nature–Society–Man"" and the local level of basin geosystems, within which are formed the water resources, there is a strong tendency of the limited water resources within the bounding conditions for further development. Use of water within the local basin geosystems of the southern and Northern Caucasus the river Kuban, Terek and the Upper don, where more than 23 million people. (16.3 per cent of the total population of the Russian Federation)provided by the existing and newly built water system (WS) that in-basin and inter-basin regulation, redistribution of runoff (surface, underground), the selection of a water source and transportation of the estimated costs of water to a particular water user. The aim of the study is to develop a methodology basics of technical theory title of ""environment – Object of activity – Population"" existing in the composition of the WS, in which the main component is man-made hydraulic structures (HS), amending the natural processes of interaction between biotic and abiotic components, requiring a system of quantitative and qualitative assessment.

The article proposes to use to describe the polar equations of nonlinear resistive two-terminal corresponding differential equations. This simplifies the implementation of non-linear resistors based on analog-digital-analog element. Constant coefficients in the mathematical model are treated as constants of integration. Therefore, the element setting the desired current-voltage characteristic is accomplished by setting appropriate initial conditions.

We attract an attention to some problems in the fundamental mathematical education of university students and found that it is an actual goal to find and develop some new methods and technologies that allows to improve this education. It is introduced some basic concepts of the interactive technologies of teaching and found a possibility of their using in the process of fundamental mathematical education. In particular we consider interactive technologies for seminar classes that use some aspects of professional education. It is also described some other forms of mathematical education such that discussions in student groups, referring process, comparison of concepts and methods. Basing on our statistical investigations we show that these methodical technologies are rather effective and give a positive influence on the mathematical knowledge of university students.

The article presents a summary of the global positioning systems and their application in the transport sector. The authors offer new opportunities for their effective integration into the traffic control system. In particular, information about the coordinates and speed of vehicles, transmitted to the traffic control system server can be used for adaptive control of traffic lights to control the traffic on dedicated lanes to detect speeding and parking in the wrong place, and many other violations of the traffic Rules. It is also possible extension of the information features car navigator. It is possible to add a "button" for sending location coordinates traffic accident or emergency road section. The main problem, which does not allow is to introduce authors' proposal lies in the fact that the proposed applications of navigation systems suggest a navigator in all or most vehicles. Moreover, these navigators must have access to the Internet. Now these navigators are on the market , but not all drivers have them. Not always navigators work in car. The authors suggest law requires drivers to use navigation systems both in motion and during stops for information on the location of the vehicle and its mode of motion.

The process of forming the surfaces is the first step in designing of a physical model of the product. In the article one of ways of formation of surfaces, which lines are lines of congruence, is considered. In the article the model of the first order’s congruence of the equi-affine images of the circles, which are received by elliptic rotation of the plane, is developed. This congruence does not have focal lines. Equi-affine images of the circle are ellipses, which are equal on the area. Structural elements of the received congruence are specified, types of coordinate lines of curvilinear coordinates are considered. The parametrical equations of u-congruence and its surfaces, formed by immersion of any line in congruence, are synthesized. Constraints for the inputting parameters of the equations are specified. Examples of surfaces at immersion of a straight line, ellipse and the spiral line with the image of the immersed line on the received surface are given.
